Pablo Neruda II academic graduate mobility (Masters and PhD) (application deadline closed)

Pablo Neruda Ibero-American Graduate Academic Mobility coordinated and managed by the Technical Unit Program Pablo Neruda (UTPN) of the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI), and Foundation for the International Promotion of Spanish Universities, as Spanish National Liaison.

At the Fourth Session of the Intergovernmental Technical Committee of Pablo Neruda (Buenos Aires, Argentina, 22-23 November 2012) it was decided to extend the first year of implementation of networks until June 2013, maintaining the a financial execution cycle approved for three years and finalizing the mobilities of the 1st Edition of the programme by December 31, 2014. Therefore, from 1 July 2013 to 31 December 2014 the Committee will be developing the 2nd Edition of the 1st Open Call of the Program.

In this context, REDAPSA (Agrifood, Animal Production and Health Network), launched the 2nd edition of its open call for graduate motilities. In this call mobilities have been granted to the following member universities of the network:
-    UCO, University of Cordoba (Spain)
-    UDELAR, University of the Republica (Uruguay)
-    UHU, University of Huelva (Spain)
-    UJA *, University of Jaén (Spain) (* Note: Only receiving)
-    UNC, National University of Cajamarca (Peru)
-    UNPBA, National University of Central Buenos Aires Province (Argentina)

The list of mobilities granted to universities, as sending or receiving institution, is detailed in the table contained in Annex III of this call.

The program is aimed at promoting the mobility of students, young researchers and teachers in graduate programs, in order to contribute to the creation of highly qualified human resources in areas identified as priorities by the countries of Ibero-America. The mobility aids provided are intended for stays between 1.5 to 4 weeks, carried out under the terms of the call.

The persons eligible for the aid provided in this call are Students and Teachers from graduate programs related to the network, in those network universities to which funds have been allocated in the 2013-14 edition. The program listing can be found in Annex II. A total of 6 grants are offered, 5 for Students and 1 for Teachers.
